Rear trim removal

Hi

I am trying to remove the left rear trunk trim on my 2017 q7 to replace rear seatbelt belt. I have removed the lower part of the trim but am having trouble with upper part. Dont want to force it and break it. I have one screw securing the trim is there another? First photo is of screw in found. 10264.jpg Any help much appreciated.
